Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn slides in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include any provided packing slips.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
